Explore stability and depth in a variety of yoga postures with the use of props, and the steadying support of each other in this playful, 2-hour workshop.

The workshop begins with a gentle warm-up for muscles + joints, followed by a sequence of yoga poses intelligently introduced to continue layering and opening as the class progresses. The session will be interactive, with thorough demos of each posture, variations to explore, and time to experience each pose. Attendees will work with partners and be guided through working in tandem within a posture, incorporating props, and offering gentle + supportive assists to each other.

This workshop is designed for students of all levels- whether familiar with props and partner work, or interested in new and different ways to experience familiar postures to enhance their practice. You are welcomed to sign up with a buddy, or attend on your own- we will partner up in class.
