Let’s slowly emerge from our winter rest, honouring and celebrating the Spring Equinox- a day of equal balance between night and day, and the beginning of increasing daylight. We’ll awaken with a gentle movement practice that will grow from the ground up, a guided reflection of the season, and space for journaling.
If the sun is shining, we’ll gather in the back gardens after class with our herbal teas.
Limited spaces. Previous yoga experience not required. Mats + props provided!
Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in- which may include your warm jumper + woolly socks. Bring your journal/a notebook along to jot down your thoughts.
