This 4-week foundational course, offered at Nomad Yoga Dundee, is for anyone looking for a genuinely accessible, thorough introduction to yoga, or as a refresher to return to their regular practice.
Evy will teach the fundamentals of a balanced yoga practice- postures, breathwork, meditation, relaxation. Each class will focus on foundational elements, origin, and traditions of vinyasa yoga, how to access stillness and awaken inner strength with increased capacity for focus in yoga postures, as well as how to implement yoga into our everyday lives.
Tuition: £45 for entire 4-week course
